| The incumbent will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth functioning
of the company and its projects. The incumbent will play a leadership role for Team PR & CSR. The ideal candidate
should be a Graduate with MBA / PGDM in Public Relation / Corporate Communication with minimum of 15 years experience
in leading corporates. Candidate should have strong networking skills and be able to represent the company in industrial
forums for brand building, deal with government departments/ officials, formulation of strategy for ensuring excellent
relations with all key stakeholders and execute the same to achieve desired results, lead CSR team in identifying and
taking up suitable projects as required. Knowledge of Tamil is essential. |

| The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the security policies, procedures and to achieve effective security network around the plant. Candidate should ensure the intelligence gathering and effective vigil in the local environment. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with Ex-Defense / Paramilitary background and of the rank equivalent to Captain or above with 15 - 20 years of experience, out of which at least 3 years experience must be in an industrial establishment. |

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring Compliance of all applicable laws, vetting / drafting of contracts / agreements, preparing briefs, circulation of legal updates, support for litigation management and managing all legal issues related to the company. He / She should be a LLB with 5 - 8 years of experience. Additional qualification in Corporate Laws / CS will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and in-depth knowledge about the business will be the key factors for selection. The ideal candidate should have sharp entrepreneurial acumen with a flair for leadership. He / She should have the adaptability factor to fit into the Vedanta DNA "Speed, Smart and Humble".
